Cancellations and reschedules require 48hrs notice. Cancellations and reschedules with less than 48hrs will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service or loss of a deposit. Same day cancellations and NO SHOWS will be charged a FULL FEE. You MUST contact your provider directly via phone and leave a message. Text and email are not acceptable forms of cancellation.
